Booking Info

For after school clubs, parents will need to fill in a new registration form once per school year (this can be updated throughout the year). Parents will need to pay for a half term or full term block booking and have their place confirmed by us before they can attend the first session.

Parents will not be refunded if a child misses a session whilst the club is running (exceptions will occasionally be made) but will be refunded if the club is unable to run on the dates previosuly specified. Sessions cost the same as £8 per session and you will pay for the weeks remaining in that block booking.

Step 1- Registration form

This can be filled in at the bottom of this page or by enquiring through an email. If you are having trouble filling in the form via this page or have not heard back from us within 48 hours please email us. Step 2- Payment

Please wait for our response after filling in the registration form before paying. This is so we can check the form and let you know if we have spaces on our club to ensure your child's safety before taking payment. We will email you to say we have received the form with our payment details. Please ensure payment is made before the session, preferably at least the day before the club starts.

Step 3- Confirmation

Once we have received the form and payment, we will add your child to our register before sending confirmation, usually via email.

A child will only have a space on our club and be taken to a session if we have sent you confirmation. If you have not received this and believe you have sent the form and payment you should follow up with us before expecting your child to attend the first session.

If we have not confirmed, assume they are not attending. We may not have seen the form/payment or had time to update our register with your child's details. If we do not have your child on our register they will not be taken to the session to ensure their safety in case of an emergency. We confirm to show we have their details and are expecting them to be taken to the session to mitigate against potential confusion between club and parent as to whether a child will be attending or not.

If there is an error in a field or the submit button isn't hit, we will not receive your enquiry.

You will know that the form has been filled in correctly, after hitting submit, as the form disappears and is replaced by a message in the centre of the form. If this does not happen, please scroll through your answers and double check each field (there will be a small message underneath any field that needs to be filled in correctly) and hit submit again.

If you are not sure where you are going wrong, please email instead. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of completing the form, please ring or email us again.
