Booking Info

For after school clubs, parents can book for either a half term block or full term block booking and must pay prior to the club starting in order to confirm their space on our club. You will not be refunded if your child misses a session when the club is running (exceptions will occasionally be made). You will be refunded if the club is unable to run on the dates previously specified. Sessions cost the same as £8 per session and you will only pay for the weeks that remain in that term's block booking (if you are joining mid-term). The list of dates and prices for each club can be found under the specific year group section (under after school clubs on the drop down menu at the top of the site).

Step 1- Registration form

First fill in the registration form. Please do not pay until we have replied to you regarding the form. We do this before taking payment to ensure we have the required information to better ensure your child's safety at our club. You can enquire about the club and request the form via email, phone, or fill in the form via this page. Email is our prefered method and is the one expected to get the quickest response.

Step 2- Payment

We will reply to say we have received the form with our payment details. Please ensure payment is made as early as possible, preferably at least the day before the club starts.

Step 3- Confirmation

A child will only have a space on our club and be taken to a session if we have sent you confirmation, usually via email. If you have not received this and believe you have sent the form and payment you should follow up with us before expecting your child to attend the first session.

This is to ensure the coach is aware of the parent's intention for the child to attend and so that the parent is aware that the coach has the child on the register and is expecting to take them to the session that day.

If you are filling out the registration form via our website below, please ensure you fill in every field in the form correctly before hitting submit.

If there is an error in a field or the submit button isn't hit, we will not receive your information or know that you have tried to fill in the form and therefore will be unaware of your interest.

You will know that the form has been filled in correctly, after hitting submit, as the form disappears and is replaced by a message in the centre of the form. If this does not happen, please scroll through your answers and double check each field (there will be a small message underneath any field that needs to be filled in correctly).
