
How to Book- Registration info and steps for after school clubs at Bishop Gilpin
Booking Info
Parents fill in a form once per school year and pay for a half term or full term block booking at a price of £9 per session. After doing both and receiving our confirmation email they are ready to attend our sessions. Parents will not be refunded if a child misses a session whilst the club is running (exceptions ocassionally made) but will be refunded if the club is cancelled.
Step 1- Registration form
This can be filled in at the bottom of this page or email. Check the bottom of this page for advice on filling out the form on this page. For email send to info@teamupmultisports.co.uk. If you are having any trouble or have not had a reply within 48 hours please email.
Step 2- Payment
Please wait for our response after filling in the form before paying. This is so we can check the form is complete and let you know if we have spaces to ensure your child's safety before taking payment. We will email you with our payment details. For best results, please pay as early as possible, ideally at least the day before the club starts.
Step 3- Confirmation
Once we have received the form and payment, we will add your child to our register before sending confirmation, usually via email.
A child will only have a space on our club and be taken to a session if we have sent you confirmation. If you have not received this and believe you have sent the form and payment you should follow up with us before expecting your child to attend the first session.
If we have not confirmed, assume they are not attending. We may not have seen the form/payment or had time to update our register with your child's details. If we do not have your child on our register they will not be taken to the session to ensure their safety in case of an emergency. We confirm to show we have their details and are expecting them to be taken to the session to mitigate against potential confusion between club and parent as to whether a child will be attending or not.
If each field is filled in correctly after clicking submit the form dissapears and is replaced by a message.
If this is not happening you can correct any field that says 'this field is required' and click submit again.
If you don't know where you are going wrong there is a box at the bottom of the page where you can fill in your email address and click submit. We will then email that address with support.
Please email us yourself if we have not replied within 48 hours after also searching through your junk mail.
